Optibus appoints Waiching Wong as new Global VP Customer Success to drive digital transformation

Optibus is pleased to announce the appointment and promotion of Waiching Wong to the post of Global Vice President, Customer Success.

Waiching joined Optibus in 2022 as Director of Customer Success, North America. During her time at Optibus, Waiching has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovative thinking. She has worked closely with our customers across North America to ensure that they achieve significant value and impact. Her contributions have been instrumental in strengthening Optibus’ capabilities and effectiveness as a quickly scaling software-as-a-service (SaaS) company.

Waiching has over fifteen years of experience in the public transportation industry, starting as a local transportation planner, to advising Fortune 50 companies and the U.S. Department of Transportation, to leading partner success at Uber Transit. She is a proud alumna of the 2022 American Public Transportation Association’s Executive Leadership program. 

Stepping into the Global VP Customer Success role, Waiching joins Optibus’ Global Leadership team, reporting directly to Optibus CEO and co-founder Amos Haggiag. In this capacity, Waiching will represent the voice and vision of both Optibus’ global customer success team and global services team.
