Optibus is thrilled to announce two new appointments to its global finance and revenue leadership team. Rotem Landa has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Dave Joshua as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The move signifies Optibus’ move to strengthen its financial and operational efficiency moving into 2024, building on its mission as an impact-driven company to produce financial, social, and environmental returns on investment.

With two decades of experience leading financial and business development activities in the technology sector, Rotem Landa joins Optibus after ten years at Yotpo. There, he was integral in transforming the company from an early-stage start-up with thirty-five employees to a robust scale-up with a team of over one thousand. As CFO, he helped steer the company through its pre-IPO process, managed mergers and acquisitions, and led significant equity rounds. Before that, Rotem spent eight years within the high-tech group of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he guided private and public tech companies through strategic financial processes.

Working alongside Rotem, Dave Joshua has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Optibus, following his role as General Manager for EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa). As Optibus’ first employee on the ground in Europe almost six years ago, Dave has seen Optibus grow from a start-up to one of the largest transportation tech companies in the sector. Highly experienced in analytics, big data, and optimization projects for leading FTSE and Fortune 100 companies, Dave is also a former Global VP Sales for technology services companies.

In their new roles, Rotem and Dave will apply their experience in finance, sales, and strategy within high-growth tech environments to strengthen Optibus’ operational ability to become the leading public transportation management platform and to fulfill its vision of a more sustainable world where public transportation is the mobility mode of choice for everyone, everywhere.

“As Optibus’ global growth and adoption gains momentum, we remain true to our commitment to build an impact-driven company with a triple bottom line. The appointment of Rotem and Dave to our global leadership team will enhance our ability to sustainably and efficiently scale the company and bring success to our clients,” said Optibus CEO and co-founder Amos Haggiag.

“I am thrilled to join Optibus as its Chief Financial Officer during this period of hyper-growth and as it prepares to further scale the company sustainably and efficiently,” said Rotem.

“Optibus is quickly becoming the global leader in public transportation management technology. In my new role as Chief Revenue Officer, I look forward to supporting the formation of a strong operational framework for the company, enabling it to continue its vital mission of improving public transportation worldwide,” said Dave.
