MULTIOBUS, a leading public transportation operator in Belgium, has launched Optibus Operations and Driver App, marking a significant milestone in its digital transformation and the day-to-day experience for its team of operations managers, schedulers, and 220 drivers.

Operating across the East Brabant region of Brussels, MULTIOBUS is a key transportation provider for De Lijn, the Flemish government-owned enterprise providing public bus and tram transport to 3.5 million annual passengers. A pioneer of new technologies, MULTIOBUS was the first Belgian operator to deploy electric buses.

Now, the company strengthens its technological edge as the first Belgian operator to implement Optibus' cloud-native, real-time Operations and Driver App solutions. The tools modernize internal workflows, making daily operations more agile, connected, and data-driven.

MULTIOBUS marked the completion of their Operations and Driver App onboarding and the official launch of the software with a celebration at Optibus’ London office.
